Welcome to ReelRise. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you and ReelRise (referred to as "ReelRise," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of the ReelRise mobile application (the "Service"). Please read them carefully before using the application.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.
ReelRise is a software application that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze videos and slideshows uploaded by users and to generate written suggestions for improving that content.
These suggestions are recommendations only. You decide whether to act on them and how to do so. We do not promise that following any recommendation will make a video better, or that it will gain views, perform well, or "go viral" on any platform where you choose to publish it. Accordingly, we accept no responsibility for the results you experience after choosing to apply, or not to apply, our recommendations.
Any photos, images, videos, or slideshows you submit through the application are handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.
From time to time, and without giving you advance notice, we may update, expand, or improve the application. We may also, at any point and at our sole discretion, stop operating all or part of the application or switch off particular features. Your use of the Service does not entitle you to its continued availability, and we are under no obligation to keep any specific feature running.
To make full use of the Service, you upload videos or photos from your device's media library. You keep ownership of everything you upload. We will not use your content for publication, promotion, or any other purpose without your express consent.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with it. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, whether through hacking, password mining, or any other method.
You must not upload videos or slideshows that are unlawful under the laws of the United Arab Emirates or any other applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes or depicts drug use, abuse, harassment, sexual material, or violence in any form.

Access to the features and functionality of the application requires a paid subscription that runs for a set period.
Eligibility. You may make in-app purchases and use any purchased content only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if that is different). Any such use is granted to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable basis, and for non-commercial purposes only.
Free or discounted trials. Some subscriptions include a trial period during which you can use the application free of charge or at a reduced rate (a "Trial"). Unless you cancel before the Trial ends, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription and we will begin charging you. To avoid a charge, you must cancel before the Trial period expires, so please review the relevant terms carefully before signing up. Trials are available to new users only: if you have already used all or part of a Trial for any of our subscriptions, you will not qualify for another, even if you later cancel and sign up again at a future date. A Trial is treated as a single continuous period of time, whether or not you actually use the app during it.
Billing. Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store. You are charged at the start of each billing period, and subscriptions continue until cancelled, with fees recurring automatically on a regular schedule.
The application's features are available only during the subscription period you have paid for and do not accumulate over time unless we state otherwise in writing. Any features left unused at the end of a billing period are not carried over into the next one when you renew. When your subscription period ends, your access to the application and any related benefits ends with it.
We may modify, withdraw, or otherwise revise the subscription plans we offer at any time. The content, products, services, and features included in a plan may also change as we add new features, develop existing ones, or retire those that have not worked out as planned. You acknowledge that your purchase is not conditional on the release of any future feature, and is not based on any spoken or written public statement we may have made about future functionality.
Subscription features are intended for ordinary, reasonable personal use. To keep the Service stable and prevent abuse, we may apply technical or other limits at our discretion, including temporary restrictions where use is excessive, automated, or non-personal. Such measures are not intended to materially affect normal use of the application.
Automatic renewal. Your payment method, charged through the platform from which you bought the subscription (the App Store), will renew automatically at the end of each subscription period — whether weekly, monthly, yearly, or otherwise — at the subscription fee in effect at that time, for further periods of the same length, unless you cancel before the current period ends.
Cancellation. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription or Trial before it renews. You may cancel at any time and will keep access to what you have paid for until the end of the current period. We do not refund the unused portion of a period if you cancel partway through it.
Deleting the application does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription itself before uninstalling the app.
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, you can turn off automatic renewal by opening your Apple Account settings, selecting "Manage App Subscriptions," and choosing the subscription you wish to change — or by following whatever process that platform provides at the time.
Credits. Alongside our subscription plans, we may offer credit packages that let you keep using ReelRise after you reach the usage limits included in your subscription, or that unlock particular features or similar functionality. Credits are not part of any subscription plan; they are bought separately as in-app purchases.
Credits have no cash or real-world value outside the application. They are not, and must not be treated as, electronic money, a bank deposit, a security, a payment instrument, or any other financial product, and they cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money or anything else of value. We may decide, from time to time and at our sole discretion, that certain features can be accessed only by redeeming credits, as described within the application.
You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance and for using your credits in good time. Credits are personal to your account and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, or otherwise disposed of between users or accounts, except where the application specifically enables it. Any attempt to sell, trade, transfer, or otherwise deal in credits — for money, for items of value, or through any channel other than those built into the application — breaches these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your access to ReelRise, with no compensation and no refund of any amounts paid or credits held.
We may suspend or end your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops at once. If you wish to close your account, you may simply stop using the Service.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply — including, without limitation, those covering ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We may revise or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If you continue to access or use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to them, please stop using the Service.
